Meet Tom Dimelow!

Hi, I’m Tom. I’m not just another consultant with a clipboard. I’m a restaurateur who has stood exactly where you are standing.

At just 22, I helped open a restaurant alongside TV chef James Martin, turning over 7 figures and earning an AA Rosette in our very first year. 

I grew up in this industry, watching my family run hospitality businesses through good times and bad.

But I didn’t just stay on the floor. I went on to get qualified in accounting because I realized most owners were flying blind.
